Where can I find the Serial Number?

  All m.e Products have a Serial Number. This will be needed when confirming the locations of your m.e units or when talking to our Customer Success team.

Plug Sockets

For plug sockets the serial number can generally be found on the top of the unit above the logo. If your plug socket has a blue logo the serial number may be on the bottom of the plug socket.

Fused Spurs

For fused spurs the serial number can be found on the front bottom right corner below the serial number.

Desk Module & Under Desk - Smart Extension Leads

For smart extension leads the serial number can be found on the top of the unit above the middle plug outlet.

Desk Extension Kit

Desk Extension kits have two serial numbers. These can generally be found on the top of the unit above the logos. If the logos are blue, the serial numbers may be on the bottom of the unit.

Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring

Single and multi-phase clamp monitoring units' serial numbers can be found on the right hand side of the unit.
