Warranty Return

Where a customers wishes to warranty replace a unit the customer must engage a Warranty Return as set out in the Hardware Warranty in the applicable order form.

Returns

Where a customer wishes to return unused units within thirty days of receipt, the customer shall follow the following process:

• Contact measurable.energy and obtain an RMA reference number, confirming the reason for return.
• Mark the unopened product box with the RMA reference number.
• Ship the boxes to measurable.energy, Fountain House – 6th Floor, 2 Queens Walk, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG1 7QF.
