Access can be granted to occupants and users to be able to view (Read), control (Write) or switch on/off (Control only) Sub Groups, Groups and individual plug sockets, as required.
Add user permissions
- Navigate to the device group or device you wish to give access to.
- Click on the ‘Permissions’ button, this is where you see all existing accounts that have access.
- Click "Add permissions."
- Input the email address and the permission you wish to grant. You'll need to repeat this process for every type of permission (read/write/control).

Types of permissions
Read: can view only.
Write: can view, edit, and add further permissions.
Org admin: all above permissions and the ability to update Wi-Fi details and organisation settings.
