What happens when a socket needs to be replaced?
If you find that you need a replacement for your m.e Power Socket during the 10-year warranty period, our knowledgeable support team is here to assist you. Simply contact them at support@measurable.energy to troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.
We will ensure the replacement socket is installed in the same location on the Hub (at room level). However, please be aware that once the old socket is removed, the associated data will also be deleted. Prior to removal, please reach out to our support team to obtain a copy of this data.
