How do user accounts and permissions get managed on the m.e Platform?

The m.e Platform uses a tiered permission system. A customer admin account is assigned by m.e. They can only manage the service they have been given permission to access and can only give permissions to locations lower than their access, whether that be organisation, address, building, floor, room, section, or device level. A robust permissions system allows the constraining of permissions, including whether the use has permission to view, control, manage, edit settings at any level from organisation to channel. Networks management interfaces are not exposed.
